BOOTICE : Create multiple partitions on your USB Drive

BOOTICE is a free tool that enables you to modify, backup and restore the Master Boot Record (MBR) and Partition Boot Record (PBR) for local drives or USB FLash drives.

In addition to other advanced uses, BOOTICE can help you repartition and format a USB drive if it has been previously formatted with a non-Windows file system, which usually results in Windows not being able to see all or only a portion of the USB drive (e.g. restoring a USB stick that has been used as Hypervisor key).
BOOTICE supports boot records from Grub4Dos, SysLinux, Plop, Windows NT5/6 and others. Other features include support for disk images, disk filling with random data, BCD editing, partition management, command line options, and more.

Note: Fiddling with the boot sectors of a system drive can leave your computer unbootable.

Unless you know exactly what you’re doing, you should only use BOOTICE with removable, non-system drives. There is no documentation available, and the developer’s site is in Chinese.
